Positioning the embroidery design on the textile
As soon as you have to align an embroidery to a seam, pocket or other reference point on a textile, you realize how imprecisely textiles are often manufactured or how challenging it can be to clamp stretchy materials with millimetre precision. With our laser positioning technology, precise clamping is no longer crucial. Instead, you can position and align the design with millimeter precision using just two points.
Combination of embroidery with other finishing techniques
The combination of printing and other finishing techniques such as laser engraving allows you to produce beautiful and unique products for your customers. However, there is often the problem that the textile distorts during hooping or the print is not exactly the same size as the embroidery design. With DesignShop and laser positioning, you can now define three reference points, allowing you to position and size the embroidery design with millimeter precision.
Use an infinite embroidery field
If the maximum embroidery field of our embroidery machines is not sufficient, we offer you the option of multi-hooping. This involves dividing a large embroidery design into several smaller sections and then joining them together to create an impressive overall picture. By repeatedly hooping the textile and precisely positioning the parts using our laser positioning technology, even the most demanding customer requirements can be met.
Correcting errors made easy
Have you embroidered the wrong color or hooped the fabric incorrectly? No need to worry! With our laser dot, you can easily return to the correct position and embroider over mistakes or continue precisely in the right place after hooping again. Even after a thread breakage, you can visually check whether the embroidery process is resumed at the correct position – unsightly gaps are a thing of the past.
