Easy to use
EFS is as easy to use as creating a form letter. In EFS, you simply assign the data required for adjustments to the embroidery design to the corresponding design elements. At the touch of a button, the EFS client sends this data to our server and then downloads the complete embroidery file for your embroidery machine. Thanks to the OFM format, even the settings for the embroidery machine are already preset. User-friendliness is our top priority, so that you can concentrate on the quality of your embroidery work without having to deal with complicated processes.
EFS automatically converts your .csv, .xls and .xml files into production-ready embroidery files. The software takes into account all important information such as text, font and color.

New Balance has been relying on Melco embroidery machines since 2009. With a total of 34 Melco embroidery machines, New Balance produces the personalized sneakers one-of-a-kind. In 2013, this amounted to one in four shoes sold in the USA. Thanks to Melco’s mass customization solution, an additional 1.5 man-days per 200 pairs of shoes were saved in production and the error rate was reduced from 10% to less than 1%.

The story of the Stickvogel begins in 2003, when the current CEO Philip Siefer decides to buy the first embroidery machine and stretch his wings in the direction of embroidery. The beginning of a success story. With the founding of Stickvogel GmbH in 2011, the focus shifted to the B2B business with a unique complete solution for online personalization and a collaboration with Melco.
Based on the LiveDesigner Fusion software solution from Melco, the Berlin start-up developed a comprehensive e-commerce solution that covers all steps of the personalization service. Stickvogel’s complete solution includes the intuitive configurator software, hosting, an individual back office and the production of the finishing offered (embroidery, engraving and printing). Stickvogel GmbH relies on Melco for the production of embroidery.
“We expect our embroidery machines to be able to produce individual orders fully automatically at high speed and with little effort. After an extensive market analysis and an intensive test phase, we opted for the embroidery machines from Melco as they met our extremely specific requirements”.
Over 20,000 orders were realized in 2013. “Our goal is and has always been to produce a special, high-quality product that is “Made in Germany” at fair prices.” Customers such as Adidas, Butlers, Creondo.de, silberäffchen.de, Nautica and Kipling already rely on the cooperation with the Berlin embroidery specialists.
